The program and teaching materials for this training course have been carefully developed based on the texts (GDPR, Data Protection Act), the doctrine of the CNIL and the EDPB, taking into account the certification reference framework and the structure of the certification test, as defined in the CNIL approval reference framework (deliberation no. 2018-317 of September 20, 2018).
