LégiSchool is a training organization certified as a "personal data protection training provider." This means that, in addition to the Qualiopi standard, our training courses in the field of GDPR and personal data protection comply with the certification standard developed by the CNIL for training courses in personal data protection, in accordance with CNIL deliberations No. 2020-139 of December 3, 2020, and No. 2022-026 of January 27, 2022.
LégiSchool provides training specifically for the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO) through its "Objectif DPO" and "Objectif DPO Plus" courses, which prepare students for the CNIL's DPO certification exam. LégiSchool also offers quizzes and mock exams to help students prepare for the certification exam.
These training courses provide default teaching methods (100% face-to-face, 100% e-learning). However, it is possible to request that these be adapted to the format(s) that suit you best (distance learning, hybrid, in-company, etc.).

Preparing for CNIL DPO certification

The Objectif DPO training course (35 hours) aims to teach the 17 fundamental skills set out by the CNIL in its certification framework for data protection officers (Deliberation No. 2018-318 of September 20, 2018) and to ensure success in the DPO skills certification test! 🚀 🚀 🚀 It also allows you to fulfill the 35 hours of mandatory training required to take this certification exam if you do not have two years of professional experience in the field of personal data protection.
The program and teaching materials for this training course have been carefully developed based on the texts (GDPR, Data Protection Act), the doctrine of the CNIL and the EDPS, taking into account the certification reference framework and the structure of the certification test, as defined in the CNIL accreditation reference framework (deliberation no. 2018-317 of September 20, 2018).
Training: Legal issues surrounding the GDPR

The training course Legal Issues of the GDPR (5 hours) aims to enable professionals involved in personal data protection to better understand the legal implications specific to this field: the role and supervisory powers of the CNIL, civil and criminal liability, administrative penalties, contractual obligations, rules on transfers, etc.
It is aimed in particular at professionals involved in personal data protection (DPOs, GDPR officers, etc.) whose initial training and expertise are mainly IT and technical, and who do not come from a legal background, in order to perfect the exercise of their skills.
Training: The Fundamentals of IT Security

The Fundamentals of IT Security training course (5 hours) aims to provide an understanding of the key principles of information system security, as defined by the French National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI) in its IT Hygiene Guide, the main families of encryption algorithms, pseudonymization, anonymization, and encryption processes, as well as backup measures and business continuity plans or disaster recovery plans.
This training course, which has no specific prerequisites, is not technical in nature, but provides sufficient knowledge to initiate and manage an IT resource and information system security approach. It is primarily intended for individuals responsible for information system security within the company, business leaders who want to ensure the security of their IT and information resources, personal data protection professionals (data protection officers, GDPR officers), and anyone who interacts with such an information system within the company.

Mastering the basics of IT security is now an essential prerequisite for organizational security. The information system security (ISS) awareness training course, which lasts approximately 60 minutes, enables you to raise your own awareness and/or that of your teams regarding the basic rules of IT security: identifying threats (phishing, ransomware, social engineering), best practices for passwords, workstation security, and internet browsing, methods for thwarting intrusion attempts, etc.
