What is educational and technical support?

A right to distance learning

In accordance with the applicable provisions of the Labor Code, any training organization that offers distance learning courses must provide personalized educational and technical support. Since LégiSchool offers courses that are 100% e-learning, as well as distance learning and hybrid formats, you, as a learner, are entitled to receive such support!

Indeed, 100% e-learning, distance learning, or hybrid learning offers many advantages in terms of flexibility and freedom. However, unlike in-person training, which allows for direct human interaction between the learner and the instructor, this type of instruction can be confusing if the learner is left to fend for themselves without any guidance, support, or explanation.

Answers to your questions

Learners may encounter educational challenges, such as needing clarification on a specific point in the course material, the meaning of a question asked in a quiz, the grading of the quiz, the course curriculum, assessment procedures, learning methods to use, career opportunities related to the course, and so on.

Similarly, technical issues may arise, such as difficulties accessing the e-learning platform, completing an assessment or a quiz, and so on.

Fortunately, in accordance with its Terms of Service, LégiSchool is contractually obligated to provide you with technical and educational support!

We will respond as quickly as possible, via email or phone, to any educational and/or technical issues you may have, including any questions regarding the educational content of the courses or any technical difficulties related to the operation of the e-learning platform.

We encourage you to review these materials. LégiSchool also provides a student welcome booklet, which we encourage you to review.
