Article 1: Purpose – Identity of the Training Organization

The purpose of this charter is to set forth the terms under which LégiSchool, the training organization, whose identity is specified below, ensures the accessibility of its professional training programs to its trainees and learners with disabilities, in compliance with applicable legislation in this area, in particular Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, on equal rights and opportunities, participation, and citizenship of persons with disabilities, in its currently applicable version.

The training organization is:

(Hereinafter referred to as “the training organization”).

Article 2: Definitions

“Accessibility”: the design of products, equipment, programs, and services necessary for any person with a permanent or temporary disability—including persons with disabilities—to enable them to access such services freely and safely, under conditions that are as suitable as possible for their situation.

“E-learning”: A learning method that provides access to interactive training courses on the Internet through the use of multimedia content, such as pre-recorded video or audio clips, self-correcting quizzes, and PDF-style handouts available online. This type of instruction is asynchronous, meaning it allows learners to study whenever they wish, at their own pace, and, if necessary, intermittently, by accessing various pre-recorded educational materials available 24/7. It differs from synchronous distance learning, in which the learner participates in real-time instruction with an instructor via a teleconferencing solution. E-learning involves the learner creating a user account on a platform known as an LMS (“learning management system”), which allows them to access modules combining the various multimedia content mentioned above, and tracks and records their progress within those modules, as well as their quiz results.

“Distance learning”: Training delivered remotely, in real time, by an instructor to one or more learners or trainees, via a video conferencing platform.

“Vocational training/Training activity/Training”:Continuing vocational training aimed at promoting the entry or re-entry of workers into the workforce, enabling them to remain employed, fostering the development of their skills, and facilitating access to various levels of professional qualifications, as defined in Article L. 6311-1 of the Labor Code.

“Training organization”: Any entity that provides vocational training, as defined in Article L. 6313-1 of the Labor Code, is registered with the relevant administrative authority, and holds a business license number. The training organization LégiSchool is hereinafter referred to as “the training organization.”

“Person with a disability”: any person with a disability, as defined in Article L. 114 of the Social Action and Families Code, that is, a limitation in activity or restriction on participation in society experienced in their environment due to a substantial, lasting, or permanent impairment of one or more physical, sensory, mental, cognitive, or psychological functions, a multiple disability, or a disabling health condition.

“Trainee/Learner”: Any individual who undertakes a training program with a training organization as defined in Article L. 6313-1 of the Labor Code. Any individual who undertakes a training program with LégiSchool is hereinafter referred to as “the trainee.”

Article 3: Contact Information for LégiSchool’s Accessibility and Disability Coordinator

To address additional requests regarding the specific circumstances of people with disabilities, LégiSchool has appointed an accessibility and disability liaison, who can be reached at the following address:

The accessibility and disability liaison is available to assist any new intern or student. In particular, the liaison is automatically notified whenever a student with a disability enrolls.

Article 4: Default Accessibility of LégiSchool Courses

By default, LégiSchool guarantees that at least:

  • Each of these "training modules" has been turned into a pre-recorded e-learning session, allowing all learners and trainees to access the audio recordings of the training course;

  • Each e-learning module corresponds to a training unit and is fully subtitled, providing all learners with a complete written transcript of the content.

Article 5: Physical Accessibility of the Premises

Most of LégiSchool’s training courses are conducted remotely and/or entirely online, which inherently ensures optimal accessibility and adaptability for people with physical disabilities.

However, should LégiSchool organize an in-person professional training session for a person with a disability, particularly a mobility disability, LégiSchool undertakes to ensure that its premises are physically accessible.

Article 6: Additional Accessibility Support – Contacting LégiSchool’s “Accessibility and Disability” Coordinator

Whenever a learner with a disability registers for a training course, LégiSchool’s accessibility and disability coordinator is automatically notified and immediately contacts the learner to inquire about the nature of their disability and any additional accommodations that may need to be provided. These additional accommodations may include, as appropriate:

  • Transcription, which is the written record of all or part of the spoken content;

  • An audio recording of all or part of the written content;

  • A request for a specific accommodation from the student or intern;

  • Adapting the intervention methodology, to the extent possible;

  • Raising awareness among the staff involved, particularly the trainer.

Article 7: Additional Commitments by LégiSchool Prior to the Training Program

To ensure the best possible experience for people with disabilities, LégiSchool is committed, prior to each training program, to:

Listen to and understand the specific needs of people with disabilities and assess their needs accordingly;

  • Provide information and raise awareness about accessibility and inclusion in training programs;

  • Work with disability liaisons at client companies to advise and guide people with disabilities

  • Contact local partners who can assist in addressing the needs of people with disabilities, including specialized partners working on behalf of Agefiph and Fiphfp, Cap Emploi, and the MDPH.  

  • Work with disability liaisons at client companies or specialists to prepare the necessary administrative documents;

  • Evaluate options for instructional accommodations and facility accessibility;

  • Help develop and implement the most appropriate program in collaboration with the disability liaisons at client companies;

  • Assess the feasibility of organizational, physical, and instructional adjustments to facilitate the inclusion of people with disabilities; 

  • Raise awareness or refer people with disabilities to the appropriate service providers, in collaboration with the disability liaisons at client companies.

Article 8: Additional Commitments by LégiSchool During the Training Program

To ensure the best possible experience for people with disabilities, LégiSchool is committed to the following throughout each training program:

  • Ensure that individuals with disabilities receive a warm welcome and personalized support.

  • Coordinate the necessary accommodations to address the disability, in collaboration with the disability liaison at the client companies.

  • Develop tools that facilitate integration into training, such as the use of a font adapted to visual needs, such as Tiresias PCfont.

Article 9: Additional Commitments by LégiSchool Upon Completion of the Training Program

To ensure the best possible experience for people with disabilities, LégiSchool commits to the following at the conclusion of each training program:

  • Prepare an individual assessment for the person with a disability.

  • Highlight the disability perspective to draw lessons and identify opportunities.

Article 10: Contacts with Local Partners

LégiSchool is committed to collaborating with pre-selected local partners, enabling it to receive support in making its training programs accessible under the most suitable conditions possible.
